You Get More Bounce With Curtis Counce! is the 2nd album as leader by American jazz bass player Curtis Counce, his second of four for Lester Koenig’s Contemporary Records label. Recorded across sessions in 1956 and 1957 the album was engineered by legendary engineer Roy DuNann and releases in 1957. Featuring Jack Shelton (trumpet), Harold Land (tenor sax), Carl Perkins (piano), Frank Butler (drums) in addition to Counce on bass.
